Jamaica now has 13,637 confirmed cases of COVID-19 after recording 89 new cases and one additional COVID-19 related death in the last 24 hours.
According to the Ministry of Health and Wellness, the death of the 64-year-old woman from Kingston and St Andrew brings the total number of deaths to 313.
Meanwhile of the 89 newly confirmed cases 30 were recorded in St Catherine 30, 24 from Kingston and St Andrew, 8 in Clarendon, 7 in St Ann, 6 in Manchester 5 in St James, 3 in Hanover, 2 each in St Mary and Westmoreland, and 1 each in Trelawny and St Elizabeth.
The country also recorded 77 recoveries bringing the total to 11,506.
There are now 1,659 with 88 being Hospitalised with 6 Moderately and 5 Critically ill.
